I would 100% recommend home rescue to everybody and i would say don't give up! especially if your are private tenancy as i am. Home rescue where my last hope to turn to after going to many different organisation over the last 1 year, nothing was done as much as it has been done with home rescue within 3 days. I have visited home rescue office and just left my name and number, the next day i received a call from Gareth really helpful person, I am so pleased with how fast and easy the process when with Gareth and how caring he was for my family health. all I can say is that I'm worries free now and many thanks to Gareth.

I contacted Home Rescue around 6 months ago as i was having issues with my private landlord. Despite numerous complaints i could never get him to accept liability for my home. Phoned up of the leaflet that got posted through our door then had the surveyor Mike come out next day was very helpful done a quick survey involving the damp issues in our home took pictures and was hassle free and very helpful in what comes next everything had ran smoothly as was very worried about my sons room as it has been now 3-4 months now we have had the confirmation that we are having over 5 thousand pound work done now and would highly recommend them to our community again and thanks to the whole of home rescue team Gareth and Rose and Mike etc anyone who sees this please get in touch with them if you have any problems they will get it sorted out for you as quick as they can and again I couldn't thank them enough from me and my family

Hi I contacted home rescue because my home was in bad disrapair and gave up trying to get my landlord to help an fix my home. I contacted Gareth who was very helpful an him An Jackie who was amazing, friendly and polite put me at ease and talked me threw everything, came out the same day.gareth was amazing also and was very pleasant.
